Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Do not sell or share my personal information: this page explains when Pool Construction & Service passes your quote request to pool companies, and how to opt out by email at any time.
About this page
Last updated 2026-10-08. This policy is pending attorney review.
Privacy laws in California and several other states give you the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. This page explains what that means on this site and how to use the right. Our privacy policy has the full picture of what we collect.
What happens when you opt out
- We stop sending your details to any additional pool companies.
- We will not include you in future introductions unless you submit a new request and ask us to.
- We tell any pool company that already received your request that you opted out. Those companies hold their own copies, so you can also ask them directly to stop contacting you or to delete your details.
- Opting out does not delete your information from our records. To delete it, ask for deletion as well; see the privacy request steps.

- Email usWrite to hello@poolconstructionandservice.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share”.
- Include your detailsGive the name, email address and phone number you used on the quote form so we can find your request. You do not need an account.
- We act on itWe do not ask you to prove your identity for an opt-out. We apply it as soon as we can and confirm by email.

Browser privacy signals
Some browsers can send an opt-out signal such as Global Privacy Control. The site runs no ad tracking for such a signal to switch off, and our quote form does not yet read it automatically. To opt out of us sending your quote request to pool companies, please email us as described above.
Your other privacy rights
You can also ask to know what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights. We reply within the time the law requires; in California that is generally 45 days, which can be extended (California Attorney General). Details are in our privacy policy. If you are a California resident and are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the California Privacy Protection Agency.
